Munich Campus: the perfect hub for media creators and media managers

Munich repeatedly tops lists in global city rankings

In 2017, Munich nabbed the fourth place in Mercer's Quality of Living Ranking**. Mercer's ranking considers a range of variables including the political, social and cultural environment, public services, natural environment and safety among others.

Munich is considered one of the safest cities in Germany and is also considered one of the most student-friendly cities. Recently, Munich was ranked third in the NestPick's list of the top best cities for Millennials*. According to the 2018 QS World University Rankings®, Munich is at the sixth position in the QS Best Student Cities Ranking.

Need more reasons to be convinced that Munich is the city of your dreams? Then, get a quick impression of the Munich campus below.

Inside the Munich Campus
Munich Campus has grown rapidly since the founding of the university. There have been two basic principles which have always shaped the face of the campus. The premises have deliberately not been divided by course of study, but have been set up in such a way that students from different fields can meet and exchange ideas. Management and creativity are the defining poles of the media industry; on the Macromedia campus, they work side by side and together. The second principle is clear, too: we’re right in the middle of all that’s going on in the city.
The media labs and infrastructure are completely up-to-date. The seminar rooms are all equipped with the latest generation of computers, and there are work stations in the hallways for you to use as you require. Of course there’s also a fully equipped TV studio at the campus in Munich, with editing desks and a radio studio.
