Master's Degree in Business Management with specialisation in Luxury and Fashion Management
Everybody knows them: Brands like Prada, Chanel, Porsche or Rolex stand for luxury and high fashion. They have a cult character and have developed over the years into symbols of style and beauty, technology, success or wealth and are well known and sought after worldwide - across all language and cultural boundaries.
Strong brands stand for quality and, especially in times when imitators are on the rise, are a decisive factor when it comes to purchasing decisions and customer loyalty. Today, premium brands are no longer reserved only for the high society, but address broad sections of the population, can be found in department stores as well as exquisite boutiques and generate sales in the millions. Particularly in the fashion sector, more and more renowned brands are establishing their own young fashion labels, relying on a digital presence in fashion blogs, cooperating with the stars of the YouTube scene, investing in a digital fan base and thus conquering young target groups.
As a luxury and fashion manager, you will cultivate brands with special appeal or build new brands in the luxury and fashion segment with strategic skill. Experience how a brand can be successfully showcased at fashion shows and congresses, global trade fairs for luxury products such as jewellery and watches, as well as with sponsoring, product placement and digital media. Work in a team with the leading professionals in their field, be it creative people, VIPs from show business, marketers or management representatives. Macromedia's state-approved and accredited Master's degree in Business Management with a specialisation in Luxury and Fashion Management prepares you for a leading role in the international luxury and fashion world.
